Hangman
in our chat rooms.
For those of you who want a little bit more to do while you are chatting,
the age old favourite game,
Hangman, is available to play courtesy of
readersdigest.com. Play as many games as you like while you are waiting for
that slow typing friend to respond. (That slow typing friend is probably
playing Hangman too.) All you have to do is to click on one of the links on
the Chat Tips page and you're playing. Good luck! (The Chat Tips page should
appear in the middle window after you enter a chat
room.)
31.01.01 - Killer

your own captions to is put up every second Thursday. The best caption is
given a prize. Check out the current photo and the best captions so far here.

- Tennis star Jennifer Capriati
thanks God.
Some consolation for all Martina Hingis'
fans out there was the fact that in her trophy accepting speech (she won
the Australian Open), tennis star Jennifer
Capriati thanked God. It was simple, wasn't
elaborated on - just a short honest reference to her Creator in front of
millions of viewers world wide. Despite the fact that Martina is one of
the nicest and most accomplished tennis players ever seen, it would have
been most unlikely for her to have done the same. It's worth
pondering upon.

Claire Hazzard
news. The past few months have consisted of finishing off my new album, touring with the
Paul Colman Trio (November) and then just last week singing at
NCYC and Just
Arts Festival in Brisbane. All these things have gone well (well some of them more stressful than others) and thank you to the people who prayed
for me. The new album is finished, and artwork is being finalised. It is due for release March 1st in Koorong and Word and other good Christian Bookstores! Look out for
it.

- Killer Captions competition
turns weekly.
In a bold move it has been decided that Killer
Captions, Brisbane Christian Chat's fantastic photo competition, is
turning weekly. From now on there will be a new photo up every Thursday,
so get in quick to write your caption to
Chris Mundy's photo before it's
too late. There have been some great entries already as well as some
not-so-great ones (thanks Paul
Colman). And don't forget that this
week's winner receives Chris Mundy's current EP 'Leave' - and it will
only take you a minute to enter.
