If you're looking for a cool venue to play, try www.themusicplatform.com  - they have weekly showcases of original unsigned artists. Many Chartsong artists have played there. Go to the website for more info, and contact Vic. Semi-related to that is the Ellaways Weekend Warriors concept. Basically, musos who haven't played for a while get the opportunity to jam with other old timers. Ellaways front up with all the gear, so all you have to do is show up and play. Contact Ellaways Kedron store for details.

The ten songs being recorded will be performed at the 10am Family Celebration Service and again at the 6pm Night Church Alive. The songs being recorded have been written by six different songwriters from CityGate Christian Church. This has resulted in an interesting cross section of music styles including R&B, Latin Rock, Pop, Funk, and Country Rock. The lyrics speak of faith in God and the hope and strength that God gives.

Most people characterize CityGate's worship as "passionate". It is also contemporary, heartfelt, and uplifting.

To avoid any confusion with other bands around the world, Brisbane kid's duo Scooter are now known as The Scooter Two. WWI will communicate clearly to all children and their families, especially those that have little idea of the message of the gospel. You can check out previews of the album at here or download free mp3s of 'What Was Impossible' at www.mp3.com/thescootertwo. The Music Downloads section also has 2 MP3s you can download.

Another song, ‘Believe’, also on ‘What Was Impossible’, is also available to download from our Music Downloads section. It’s described as being a rocking kid’s song. Both songs are available to download now.
