Central Victoria is not the traditional home of slick chunky power-core, but that's all about to change when Naked Heart launch their new single Confide In Me.
Taking the song that took Kylie Minogue to #1 in 1994, Naked Heart have reworked Confide In Me with their powerful guitars, melodic vocals and heavy metallic rock style.
Hailing from Castlemaine, Naked Heart are one of the region's most standout acts. Brothers Tim (Vocals/Bass) and Aaron (Drums/Electronic Percussion) began developing the band in the nineties, with Steve on keys. Mid 2000 saw Naked Heart need a new guitarist, and Paul was enlisted.
Both in your face and beautifully melodic, Naked Heart add an original blend of keyboard effects, stringed harmonies and mesmerizing vocals.
Now a four piece, Naked Heart draw on influences such as Korn and Sevendust, but comparisons can also be made to System of a Down, and at times, Aaron's vocals could also be compared to Daniel Johns of Silverchair.
Naked Heart's Confide In Me will mark the first release for new Melbourne-based independent label Marlin Records.
