through his songs. Instruments have included guitar, mandolin,
bass guitar, violin, cello, piano & keyboards, drums &
percussion.
Geoff has performed (solo/band) with and alongside most of
Australia's best Christian artists since 1998 along
the east coast of Australia and had drummers from Alabaster
Box, Soulframe, Paradox, Compliments of Gus, Void If Removed
and more play with his band.

The
History of 'The Scared Hill'. |
| God
discovered Geoff writing and playing songs in his bedroom. Thinking that
more people should hear these songs than just the two of them, the
Lord quickly orchestrated an impressive record deal with Turn Around Music and soon
enough the two of them had a fully produced, professionally recorded
studio CD out under the name 'Geoff Rankin' entitled 'The Sacred Hill'.
'The Sacred Hill' is rich with scripture and truths arranged
and performed in Geoff's unique folk/acoustic rock style bringing a
fresh new melodic look to Psalms 23, 69 & 130 and other bible
passages.
