Some think it was Zaccheus because he had to climb a tree to see Jesus. Others think it was Nehemiah (Knee-high miah). Others think it was Job's friend, Bildad the Shuite (Shoe-height). But it was really the apostle Peter because he managed to sleep while on his watch.
